What you’ll do:
- Unify the vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy across 3-5 scrum teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
- Act as a key advocate for the product, representing its vision both internally and externally, driving adoption and awareness.
- Manage planning across teams proactively that includes maintaining and presenting to senior leadership quarterly roadmap reviews, biannual planning, and team-level OKR planning.
- Lead a team of product managers with focus on development, mentorship, career growth, performance reviews, resource allocation, and team prioritization. Team could include but is not limited to business analysts, technical writers, or product managers.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring customer needs are met and market opportunities are maximized, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver impactful product features and improvements.
- Propose, lead, and execute special projects that enable team upleveling and scaling of Product function.
- Plan work 3-4 months in advance, collaborating with your team(s) to provide accurately forecasted estimates.
What you have:
- Proven experience leading product teams, ideally at a group or senior product management level within a SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to oversee and manage multiple product lines, aligning them with company-wide goals and objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, developing, and scaling product management teams.
- Deep expertise in product lifecycle management, from ideation through development to launch and iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Data-driven decision-making, using customer insights, market trends, and key performance metrics to shape product strategy.
- Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software development processes, allowing effective communication with engineering teams.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, with a focus on driving product adoption and optimizing market fit.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Customer-centric focus, ensuring product development aligns with user needs and business goals.
