Group Product Manager

As a Platform Group Product Manager, you will oversee Orfium’s Platform Product, leading a team of product managers responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the core platform and services that enable our applications to run efficiently and reliably. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver scalable, interoperable, and fit for purpose solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create product roadmaps from conception to launch, drive the platform product vision, and lead a team of product managers to ensure the highest business value is being delivered to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across all phases of product development, share updates, foster alignment, and secure buy-in in order to drive quality delivery.
• Define and standardize Key Performance Indicators that will help aid in the decision-making process and showcase results.

• You are an experienced, highly technical Product Leader that has an affinity for large-scale technical products.
• You can manage a team as well as dive deep to manage delivery and break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Qualifications:

• Very strong experience in product management within cloud platforms and cloud-based APIs.
• Past experience as a technical Product Manager working on data products, data warehouses, and/or other data-centric software solutions.
• A proven ability to do both tactical work, convert strategy into actionable plans, manage a team, and drive delivery.
• Self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves and get technical and be able to drill into details to tackle complex problems.
• Efficient communicator across all levels (C-Suite to junior team members).
