Join our team at Nexthink as a Group Product Manager and become a pivotal figure in leading our data platform team. Your mission is to amplify customer value by building a scalable, high-performance data platform that seamlessly integrates streaming and database technologies. You will lead initiatives to effectively integrate new data, aiming for a versatile and extensively customizable platform. Your responsibilities include refining data enrichments, furthering the Nexthink Query Language (NQL) development, and enhancing data security protocols, such as Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). Your work is fundamental to Nexthink's reputation for excellence and is essential to our company's objectives. 

You are an Enterprise Product Manager who excels in a multifaceted role, adept at both independent contribution and in guiding and nurturing your team to success. 

Your Mission 

  • Coach a strong team of 3 product managers. 
  • Streamline operation within your group and build a strong working model with engineering (architecture, SRE, Development). 
  • Define and articulate the product vision in your area, along with your north star metric. 
  • Develop a strategic plan and roadmap that maximizes value for our customers. 
  • Collaborate closely with a development team, prioritizing customer value and company strategy. 
  • Work in tandem with our UX designers to enhance product design and experience. 
  • Document new features and train Nexthink partners, sales engineers, and consultants on new releases. 
  • Engage with customers to understand how Nexthink improves large organizations' digital employee experiences. 
  • Keep abreast of competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Minimum of 10+ years working in a hands-on product management role within a software company building B2B or B2C products.   
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing a team of product managers. 
  • BSc or MSc studies in the field of Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar with a strong foundation in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technically sophisticated products, achieving practical, progressive outcomes.
  • Experience with high-volume data platforms (Terabytes daily) is highly desirable. 
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn new technologies. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
