From discovery through to delivery plus Data and Insights, it’s made up of a broad and multi-disciplined group of specialists focused on designing products that help our customers optimise their business potential and creating best-in-class customer and user experiences. You’ll be part of a Product team responsible for creating innovative, forward-thinking products that people enjoy using. The customer is at the centre of everything we do, and we’re always working to learn what they need from MYOB. In this role, you are a committed, innovative, and inspiring leader, who provides clear focus and direction for your product portfolio. You are passionate about understanding the current and future needs of the customer to help define the product vision and bring it to life. You love to think, do, and learn! As the Group Product Manager, you will lead Product Managers and Senior Product Managers in the development and delivery of software capabilities for MYOB's core customer group. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will use your vision and creativity to define, prioritise and achieve our strategic business goals. You will play a meaningful role as a People Leader, defining the team’s structure and ways of working to ensure we are positioned for long term success. You will be a coach and mentor for your team members while sustaining high employee engagement throughout your teams. We're looking for people with the following expertise, does this sound like you? - Commercially oriented, skilled in customer and data-led decision making and confident in exercising judgement in commercial analysis to provide great recommendations. - Highly developed management and leadership skills at a senior level in a SaaS or digital Product environment, with extensive experience in balancing priorities - Strong leadership skills including people management, coaching/mentoring, critical thinking, facilitation, change leadership, and team development - Experience in managing high-performance product capabilities, utilising agile methodologies - Experience in cloud SaaS products is crucial such as ERP, Payroll, CRM , Workforce Management or other business management capabilities. - Ability to build trusting, significant relationships with customers, peers, team members, partners, and suppliers - A consistent record of identifying and delivering innovative product and/or solutions to meet strategic and tactical operational requirements
