We are seeking a Group Product Manager to join our team to evolve our LinkedIn Enterprise Jobs Product. This role will manage a team of product managers and is perfect for someone who excels both as an individual contributor and a mentor, adept at detailing requirements and leading execution while setting strategic vision, creating leverage and fostering team growth.

As the Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of our enterprise solutions, leveraging your skills to enhance product offerings that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Craft and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the overarching goals of our enterprise Jobs business.

  • Manage and guide a team of product managers to build actionable strategies to help grow our business

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and product performance to inform feature development and prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value.

  • Create a detailed and dynamic product roadmap, spearheading initiatives that contribute to business objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the definition of global product requirements, planning, and design, including the creation of detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).

  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Design, Data Science, and Product Development to bring new features and enhancements to fruition.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively about product plans, benefits, and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience 

  • 9+ years of Product Management experience

  • Experience hiring, managing, coaching, and growing a team of product managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a product management role for a commercially available SaaS product, in an environment with agile, customer-centric product development practices

  • Experience working with product, engineering, and operations to build, execute and test technical user-centric designs

  • Experience building and launching HR technology at scale

The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
