SoftOne is looking for a Group People Business Partner to join our high caliber People team.  

Your Role  

The Group People Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the strategic objectives of the organization through effective management of human resources. This role focuses on collaborating with stakeholders and specific BUs within the company to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business success. The role reports directly to the Group People Director. 

Your contribution to the success of the team 

  • Participate in shaping the organization's development by identifying and assessing human resource needs and aligning them with business goals 
  • Provide consultative support to management teams on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices 
  • Implement, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. 
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of people. 
  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and other procedures 
  • Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, providing training and support, and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience. 
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee development opportunities. 
  • Support Post Merger Integration of newly acquired companies and their people. 
  • Participate in important people related projects. 

 

Your Superpower 

  • Progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices  
  • People oriented, collaborative and results driven 
  • Very good knowledge of English language 
  • Proficiency with HRIS/Payroll systems 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
