What you'll do:
- Manage a diverse team from different countries to ensure incidents are resolved as quickly as possible;
- Identify and map areas for improvement, implementing processes ranging from continuous improvement to technical knowledge sessions;
- Support the definition and implementation of solutions for monitoring, observability, and automation;
- Drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency;
- Monitor and improve critical KPIs for the client, ensuring continuous evolution;
What you'll need:
- Proficiency in software architecture patterns such as BFF, Microservice-based, and RESTful;
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Azure DevOps;
- Knowledge of SCM concepts and best practices;
- Programming expertise in Java and Python, along with best practices and well-known design patterns;
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and FastAPI;
- Proficiency in relational (Postgres) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases;
- Ability to perform technical analysis of application, monitoring, and performance issues using APM/observability tools like New Relic;
- Experience in the analysis, implementation, and monitoring of support-oriented KPIs;
- Advanced or fluent conversational English;
- Availability for a hybrid work model in Campinas/SP;
- Knowledge of queuing systems and the AMQP protocol (RabbitMQ);
- Experience in support/operations contexts;
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) programming using technologies like Terraform.
