We are looking for an entrepreneurial Group Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) business. This role will contribute to all aspects of our business, with a specific focus on helping every customer unlock the huge value of Sales Navigator, from SMBs through global enterprises. In this remit, you will work with partners to define our strategy and product experiences for sellers, program admins, and others critical to customers realizing value. In success, you will help every seller be more effective by finding the right people, successfully sparking valuable relationships, and showing up highly prepared – and you’ll make a huge impact on the business as a result.
You will work with cross-functional peers across LinkedIn, as well as our ecosystem partners. Your passion for building valuable, innovative products will serve you well as you lead development of cutting edge technologies and market differentiating customer features that will drive the next step of our evolution as a B2B marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Work with Product, Design, Engineering, Business Development, AI and Marketing to create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from stakeholder teams and executives to translate strategy into actionable product milestones that deliver incremental value to our customers.
Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap
Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LSS business.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, promote, and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
9+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
3+ years of managerial experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MS or higher degree in a technology-related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical, non-technical, partner and executive audiences alike
Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches.
Experience building products with strong focus on user experience, data-driven decision making; exposure to B2B SaaS products
