📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reporting to the Lead HRIS HCM, the HRIS Project Manager is responsible for ensuring HR data compliance at the group level. As the project lead, you will drive and support impactful projects for Veepee's HR department, ensuring the successful implementation and functioning of HRIS tools.
  • In this role, your primary responsibilities within the international scope (Northern Europe and Southern Europe) will be:

🎯 TASKS

  • 1/ Project Management:

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize HR needs from different countries and departments for information system projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive project specifications and schedules for HR projects in each country.
  • Take charge of the implementation of selected software solutions in collaboration with the service provider.
  • Optimize and prioritize the use of the SIRH WORKDAY platform, conducting thorough testing phases to guarantee its functionality.
  • Provide assistance to all HR stakeholders, addressing the needs of different HR populations.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR product team within the IT organization.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts for change management and information campaigns.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the payroll software in France, ensuring smooth interface integration with payroll vendors in other countries.
  • Lead the implementation of a Time and Attendance system for logistics and headquarters, managing the project in its entirety.
  • Oversee invoicing for the team and project service providers.

  • 2/ HR Business Process Implementation:

  • Act as the PMO, preparing and organizing workshops with HR teams to understand their specific functional needs.
  • Analyze company-specific HR practices and their impact, making necessary adjustments with the support of legal and administrative knowledge.
  • Develop project monitoring and steering tools, including project context, scope, next steps, project schedule, RACI, etc.
  • Assist in decision-making processes for data cleansing, providing support and relevant documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive business test scenarios and facilitate testing phases, offering guidance to HR teams.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new cleansed data and ensure the execution of necessary action plans.

  • 3/ Configuration/Modification and Run Assistance:

  • Troubleshoot HR-related issues on Workday and people doc platforms (Level 1 or 2 support).
  • Provide ongoing support following the launch of HR cycle projects and activities, such as merit campaigns and end-of-year conversations.
  • Develop Q&A documentation and share knowledge through the creation of a Workday knowledge base for the HRIS team.
  • Continuously assess business needs and write functional specifications accordingly.
  • Analyze business feedback to ensure consistency with HRIS developments.

👉 PROFILE


  • Graduate from a Business School, Engineering School, or higher education with a Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HRIS expert in similar positions, with a preference for prior experience in consulting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources through successful operational missions.
  • Proficient in IT and capable of effectively communicating HR needs to a dedicated IT department.
  • Adaptive and agile approach, familiar with dynamic environments and frequent organizational transformations.
  • Successfully implemented an HRIS within a group-sized company.
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of influencing and making optimal decisions.
  • Knowledge of WORKDAY is a plus. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with experience working with colleagues of various nationalities.
  • Your charisma, natural authority, and ability to cultivate strong relationships will be valued assets in this role. Your active listening skills, pedagogical approach, and adaptability will enable you to address and overcome operational and functional challenges. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective priority management will be instrumental in driving the successful completion of various projects.
