Group HR PMO - Workday Expert

You will join a diverse, international and agile team in charge of HR development, learning, Internal Communication, CSR and Knowledge Management at group level. Another Talent & Learning PMO is already supporting the team and you will closely collaborate.

 At Devoteam, you will have 2 main focus : 

1. Workday Process Owner (50%)

Workday HCM is now deployed in all our geographies (27 countries and 80+ Operating units) and our new challenge is to increase the business value and to develop adoption, through a wider use of HCM and the deployment of new modules (Peakon, Journey, Help, Learning).

Under the supervision of the HR development director, in coordination with another Workday PO & in close relation with the countries HR teams and the HR -Information System team, you will: 

  • Gather business requirements, formalise the business needs 
  • Prioritise based on business value, strategic objectives, and customer needs.
  • Review and approve deliverables to ensure they meet specified requirements 
  • Provide training and support to HR community and Workday countries’ ambassadors (WAMBAs)
  • Follow & develop adoption
  • Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, workshops, demos & training

2. HR PMO (50%)

You will support the Chief Talent & Learning Officer and the main departments to:

  • ensure Talent & Learning corporate projects are efficiently managed, 
  • contribute to change management and support the operationalisation in the geographies and best practice sharing
  • follow adoption and monitor key performance indicators
  • contribute to create internal documentations and reporting

Your “portfolio” of projects will regularly evolve according to main Devoteam priorities, taking into account your domains of interest and availability: 

Example #1 - Coordinate Devomood campaign, our engagement and satisfaction survey, twice a year, involving all geographies.

Example #2 : Contribute to the success of Digital Champions Program ( an ambitious program to identify, recognise, support and develop our top 380+ Tech & Business leaders. 

  • Master degree 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Project & Change Management 
  • Experience working on an HR IS Platform (preferably Workday)
  • Organised, rigorous, deadline driven 
  • Strong interpersonal skills : listening, communication, proactivity, initiative, ability to collaborate
  • Strong analytical approach - ability to manage & manipulate data as required for tracking, reports and use within digital platforms 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language : full professional proficiency in English (C1 level) - French is a plus.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
