Group HR Business Partner

HSO is a leading IT-consultancy company with around 2700 employees located all across the globe. We advise large scale and enterprise clients on complex IT and data related challenges and know everything about the latest Microsoft Technology. Due to HSO’s competitive growth strategy and ever-evolving HR function, we are hiring a new colleague for our Group HR team. As a Group HR Business Partner, your mission will be to attract, develop and retain colleagues working in HSO Group and HSO Studio. You will also work in close collaboration with the Group HR team on various global projects and initiatives.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks in our processes and procedures;
  • Drive change and performance outcomes in a dynamic, fast growing and agile environment;
  • Act as a business partner for the Directors of HSO Studio and HSO Group;
  • Proactively support the definition and delivery of HR Processes and practices;
  • Collates, maintain and improve HR policies;
  • Own and / or support (international) projects;
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes by bringing new ideas and tangible results;
  • Supports operations regarding our internal HR tolls and systems;
  • Periodically reports on specific HR KPIs for the CPO and Leadership;
  • Looks at HR information to deliver data based decisions;
  • Facilitates execution of all HR Group Priorities;
  • Becomes a champion for any D&I, engagement and development activity;
  • Supports Learning and Development key initiatives;

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role  
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and regulations, experience working across multi-country jurisdictions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Ability to travel internationally

HSO Group (approx. 30 employees):

Group consists out of multiple functions. Group Marketing at HSO oversees marketing across the organization, working closely with each business unit's marketing team and consisting of about 12 members. Group Finance & IT manages finance and IT functions similarly, with a team of around 12. Group HR coordinates HR efforts across HSO, collaborating with business unit HR teams and has 5 staff members.

HSO Studio (approx. 90 employees):

HSO Studio is the product development group function in HSO, which has about 90 staff across 10 countries including Canada, US, Netherlands, UK, India, and Eastern European countries.
