About the Challenge Do you have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation? We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Group Finance Senior Manager to oversee the financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, strong compliance, and alignment with internal policies and local regulations. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including financial reporting, tax and accounting support, as well as supporting compliance. You will be responsible for financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, and cash control. What a day at work for you will look like
  • You will assist in the management day-to-day operations and assignments of accounting staff, plan and organize work, communicate goals, schedules/assign work
  • You will oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial operations across Indonesia and Philippines and you will collaborate closely with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, cash flow management, and adherence to internal controls.
  • You will assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, Accounts payable, payroll, audit, general ledger reporting, and cash handling functions
  • You will Implement and maintain acceptable accounting practices and procedures as required by company policy and procedures, generally accepted accounting practices, and affected by local conditions
  • You will assist in managing the cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports
  • You will prepare financial analysis of company operations including variance explanations and make recommendations to ensure the achievement of business goals
  • You will prepare company and department budgets and financial forecasts and reporting
  • You will ensure all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and oversee the process of credit extension and collection of delinquent accounts
  • You will monitor all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued
  • You will assist with ensuring payments are made
  • You will assist with duties as assigned including assisting staff with their job functions

  • A captain: someone who knows how to run a tight ship > with a high sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Has strong analytical skills – able to identify trends in data, spot inaccuracies, and analyzing company finance reports
  • Computer savvy – to use database software and accounting programs
  • Strong integrity – proven experience in keeping companies’ confidential financial data and able to keep it confidential
  • An organized person who can ensure that tasks are completed on time and files can be found easily

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with experience working in big accounting firm is highly preferred
  • Strong experience managing or leading finance operations across multiple countries or big firm with multiple entities
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance
  • Hands-on experience in general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and monthly close process
  • Fluent in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP), Oracle Netsuite experience is preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting to senior leadership
  • Proficient in English, experience in SEA region is a strong plus
  • Deadline driven and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
