THE JOB / Group Director, Client Services (Americas Motorsports/Formula 1) (Payment Technology Client)
CLIENT SERVICES / Responsible for leading Octagon’s client business and day-to-day management of client programs.
***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates in Miami. We are open to hybrid work (3 days week in office) in one of our office locations – Miami, FL; Stamford, CT; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Charlotte, NC. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates with East Coast working hours as a prerequisite.”

Our client is an award-winning global Payment Technology brand known for their iconic brand marketing position and initiatives. Their sponsorship programming covers a wide variety of ambassadors, properties, and segments, showcasing their diversity and market strength. As the Group Director you will be responsible for leading the Americas Motorsports strategy and execution while successfully contributing to the future growth of our clients' sponsorship portfolio.
This position requires a strong and advanced skill set in the F1 space, providing leadership to our team’s delivery of intuitive client service, concept / presentation development, project management, asset utilization, agency integration and measurement of sponsorship initiatives.
Our future Group Director should be someone with experience leading and activating in the F1 space, coupled with a customer-centric mentality possessing the social savvy required to work across multiple marketing disciplines.
Formula 1 experience is required.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
L6: The base range for this position is $90,000 – 120,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
