We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join us on a permanent basis, you will ensure all spaces are maintained to a high standard and carrying out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, shrub bed works and site clearance works.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a grounds maintenance service based on customer involvement, satisfaction and sustainability
- Work as part of a team to maintain all Incommunities spaces to a high standard of appearance and safety
- Carry out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, shrub bed works and site clearance works
You will be a star performer if you:
- You have basic grounds maintenance knowledge or the willingness to learn
- You have previously used tools such as mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers and back pack blowers
- You are an excellent team player with good communication skills
- You are self motivated, respectful, trustworthy and punctual
Requirements
- Practical experience in a horticultural or arboriculture role and/or a qualification in this area
- A full UK manual driving license is essential
- The ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete relevant paperwork
- At least 2 suitable references
- The willingness to work outdoors in all weathers and on all ground terrain types
- A general awareness of Health and Safety including safe site working practice
- A good work ethic and customer service skills to interact with our customers who may on occasion approach the grounds team with queries
