We’re preparing for a busy 2025, so we're looking for a Ground Transport Assistant to join our existing team on a fixed term basis to work predominantly on arrangements for the 2025 British & Irish Lions Tour to Australia. This role will focus on assisting the wider Ground Transport team with vehicle scheduling, passenger manifest production, supplier management and ultimately ensuring smooth delivery of all Ground Transportation services.
This is a fixed term contract commencing 01 January 2025 and concluding 30 September 2025. As part of the role, it’s likely we’ll need you to travel to Australia to assist with operational delivery (approximately 4 weeks in duration, in July/August 2025).
