As a member of a team providing services to EUSPA you will be providing support and you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define the approach to operational validation of major system/SW releases for both ground and space segment and support the EUSPA for managing the integration of new services within the operational baseline;
- Follow-up operational validation of major system/SW releases for both ground and space segment and support the EUSPA for managing the integration of new services within the operational baseline;
- Define and analyse the relevant Operations KPIs;
- Analyse the operations changes: baseline configuration changes or deviations, operation processes evolutions and services provision transitions;
- Define criticality/urgency for observation reports analyses, resolution, setting adequate operational work-arounds, priorities and ensuring and monitoring the timely management by operator and/or industry of observation reports and system anomalies resolution plans;
- Participate to the operations Observation Reports Review Board;
- Follow-up and contribute to operations related to the Service Provision.
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelor’s in aerospace engineering or a relevant discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ground segment operations;
- Customer focus mentality;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
