We are looking for Operational Finance Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and allocating payments;
- Cost and fee handling and administration;
- Preparing invoicing documents;
- Reconciliation of accounting events;
- Data analysis and validation;
- Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
- Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
- Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
- Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
- Identifying areas or processes for improvements.
Requirements
About you:
- Able to work full or part time
- Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Experience with MS Office package;

- Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
- Quick learner and good problem solver;
- Attention to details;
- Proficiency with MS Excel;
- Good with numbers;
- Tech savvy;
- Experience with Navision / SAP (advantage);
- Back office / start-up experience (advantage);
- Experience with basic reconciliation (advantage)
