GRC Security Project Manager

This role will oversee the entire regulatory security audit program including security audits required by various gaming regulators in the US, Europe and LATAM.

The Security Audit Coordinator will act as the main contact for both external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of all regulatory security audits by defined deadlines.

The role will coordinate multiple regulatory security audits and will ensure continuous improvement of the audit process.

Essential

  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing multi-discipline projects – with proven track record of delivery to time and quality.
  • Experience in coordinating vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
  • Experience in security governance and/or audit management.
  • Effective communication both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience in problem management and resolution.
  • Results orientated - focus on improving performance, meeting goals, producing results.
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise.
  • Team worker as well as able to work on own initiative.
  • Meticulous, precise, thorough, good at record keeping.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated approach.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Desirable

  • Prior experience in the gaming industry.  
  • Technical experience in IT infrastructure.

Authorities

  • The Security Audit Coordinator has the authority to initiate, plan, define and perform any and all tasks, assignments and processes, described in the “Role and Responsibilities” section of this document, to fulfill the responsibilities associated with Senior GRC Security Manager position.
  • The authority of Security Audit Coordinator is sanctioned by Playtech’s Senior GRC Security Manager and derives from the formal approval of the role definition and establishment process.

Responsibilities

The Security Audit Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program of all regulatory security audits required by various gaming regulators.
  • Record & consolidate audits milestone information to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the execution of the security audits throughout all audit phases.
  • Validate the audit requirements and coordinate the audit scope working closely with the Technical Project Manager and the relevant Business Units.  
  • Coordinate the collection of evidence from the relevant business units.
  • Plan, schedule and facilitate security audit meetings and interviews.
  • Oversee and ensure quality control of the audit deliverables.
  • Conduct regular status update meetings with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Document and raise the key risks facing the business activities within the scope of the audit.
  • Maintain the repository of security audit materials and deliverables.
  • Liaise with external audit companies conducting the regulatory security audits.
  • Establish and maintain good working relations with primary points of contact from the Compliance team and relevant Business Units
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the regulatory security audit process.
