客服团队管理:

  •  与团队成员充分沟通工作目标并确保良好的团队合作使目标达成; 

  • 明确绩效评估标准,管理和评估团队成员的绩效;

  •  指导、培训下属;

  •  积极领导团队并影响团队成员通力合作来完成个人的和团队的整体目标;

客服工作执行: 

  • 带领团队提供高效率、高质量的订单管理服务,包括订单输入、生产协调以及客户收货信息反馈;

  • 发现、评估客户需求,调查并解决客户疑问;

  • 积极配合销售工作,完成销售指标;

  • 协调处理客户投诉;

  • 积极主动和其它地区客服沟通,以保证团队内部信息顺畅;
    与客户、销售、分切、供应链、QA、财务等相关部门保持良好的沟通;

  • 致力于客服质量的不断改进,从而提高客户满意度;
    及时完成上级交办的其他事项。

  • 本科学历

  • 良好的英文听说读写能力;

  • 5年以上制造业客服工作管理经验;

  • 优秀的团队管理技能;

  • 积极主动的分析问题解决问题能力;

  • 具备良好的商业敏感度和服务意识;

  • 工作耐心,细致;良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神;

  • 良好的计算机应用能力,熟练应用Execl、PPT。
