We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our ever-evolving Creative Design Team. The right candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective work that enhances our customer bids and collateral. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for customer bids, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising artistic creativity
  • Control and interpret information flow between team members to distil complex concepts or technical information into simple, easy to understand visual materials
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and contribute to step-change customer-facing bid and proposal content that amplifies the Version 1 brand
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Video editing experience in either Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in creating animations or moving graphics.
  • Experience in creating gifs or using Canva, or similar tools and apps.
