Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join us. This role will help the creative team visualize and create graphics, presentations, videos and a wide variety of assets.

A Day in the Life of a Graphic Designer at Qualco will include:

• Produce drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions;
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements;
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines;
• Develop graphics, illustrations, logo, brochures and other designs;
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices;
• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics;
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects;
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
• Cooperate with the Senior Graphic Designer and the marketing team across different types of media, and;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• BA in Graphic Design or relevant field or equivalent work experience;

The candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• A portfolio of completed design projects;
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines;

Additional skills that would consider as a plus:

• Experience in motion design, including any projects involving animation to the use of software like After Effects;
• Experience with tools and software for illustration, and;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
