Graphic Designer, Mature Catalog Optimization

We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer, Mature Catalog Optimization to join our in-house creative team, working within a “pod” of talented creative specialists that own the visual identity of brand and product optimizations for Infinite Commerce’s mature catalog. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and creating packaging and creative content related to mature catalog products across all online channels, with a significant focus on Amazon. You’ll work to improve our listings, optimizing packaging and product design for physical products, art directing photo/video assets, providing direction for copywriting, and implementing brand guidelines and templates to develop channel assets for our rapidly expanding product assortment. You’ll work alongside several Graphic Designers, and you will report to the Creative Lead, Mature Catalog Optimization. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner directly with our Go-to-Market and Sales and Marketing teams to develop creative assets that support our rapidly expanding brand and product assortment.  
  • Own, maintain, and advance the creative for mature catalog products on Amazon and other growth marketplaces like Target, Walmart, Michael’s, and more. 
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead, Mature Catalog Optimization to create and evolve branding and visual identity for new and existing brands. 
  • Design and create packaging and printed materials for physical products, ensuring alignment with different brand guidelines and market trends, and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. 
  • Develop assets across a variety of digital mediums, including Amazon and other marketplace listings. 
  • Work with brand guidelines and drive brand consistency across the greater organization. 
  • Implement creative feedback to deliver high-quality and strategically sound creative work. 
  • Provide guidance for the creation of photo, video, and copy assets related to optimizing a mature catalog listing. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience of graphic design and/or art direction in an in-house or agency environment, CPG experience a plus (portfolio required, with creative work for which you were primarily responsible, work samples showing generative AI considered a plus) 
  • Proven experience with packaging design processes, including dielines, production specifications and material considerations. 
  • Experience in e-commerce merchandising best practices 
  • Experience in managing and optimizing creative assets for Amazon, including a deep understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service, and best practices. 
  • Experience in using data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes. 
  • Expert understanding of design principles and best practice creative processes. 
  • Able to quickly grasp visual brand identity and voice, with an ability to push into new visual territory while staying within brand guidelines. 
  • Highly collaborative, and able to give and receive feedback and adapt designs and approaches accordingly. 
  • Able to juggle competing priorities and autonomously manage workload in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excited to be part of a rapidly growing catalog, helping to define and elevate the identity of our high-growth brands. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, technical coursework, or equivalent working experience. 
  • Technical/program expertise: Adobe creative suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma 
  • Experience with and a willingness to embrace generative AI as part of the creative process. 
  • Experience with CMS, DAMs, illustration, photo retouching/manipulation and/or copywriting considered a plus. 

 

ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: 491,758.80 - ₱ 614,698.50 PHP Annually
