What you’ll do here:
- Collaborates with schools and sales organization to create custom yearbook cover designs
- Host online design sessions with customers
- Create product solutions that enhance photography for the various Lifetouch businesses
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop consumer product solutions that drive business results and customer engagement.
- Responsible for accurate delivery of design files to internal and external production vendors following file specifications
- Work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent related experience
The Skills You’ll Bring:

PORTFOLIO OR WEBSITE REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION
- 3-5 years of design experience
- Portfolio showcasing print-based projects, hand-lettering and illustration skills preferred
- Appreciation of typography, layout, composition, and color
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment but also excels at working independently
- Willingness to be flexible with tasks on a day-to-day basis and evolve role as required by the needs of the team
Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Proficient in Creative Suite for digital and print
- Microsoft applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Has a portfolio that reflects design sensibility, attention to detail, clean and modern aesthetic
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented in the execution and follow-up of work
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
