We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Responsibilities:
Design and Develop: Create a wide range of assets, such as infographics, banners, icons, videos, brochures and layouts, for learning materials, SharePoint, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
Collaborate: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
Iterate and Refine: Revise and edit designs based on feedback to align with project requirements and enhance visual impact.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices.
Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
3-5+ years proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
Preferred Requirements:
DOE, annual salary of $60K - $70K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
