About the role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content that enhances our brand and supports our wide array of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a passion for bringing ideas to life through innovative graphics, videos, and animations. This position reports to the Marketing Design Lead.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

1. Marketing Collateral Design: 

  • Create visually compelling eBooks, blog posts, website pages, and landing pages.
  • Design branded content, including infographics, event magazines, brand stories, and case studies.
  • Develop white papers, corporate brochures, and product catalogs that communicate our message effectively.

2. Digital Content Production:

  • Produce and edit presentations, re-engagement emails, newsletters, and digital reports that align with our brand identity.
  • Design event and booth graphics to enhance our presence at trade shows and conferences.

3. Video and Animation:

  • Create and edit videos and animations that showcase our offerings and features.
  • Develop motion graphics and engaging animations to use in product videos.

4. Web Design:

  • Utilize Figma to design and prototype website layouts and user interfaces that enhance user experience and align with our brand guidelines.

5. Template Design:

  • Maintain templates for various marketing materials to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  4. Experience with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is essential.
  5. Familiarity with Figma for web design and prototyping.
  6. Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at once.
  10. High-level proficiency in English-Must.
