The role

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with an interest in women’s fashion and design. You will be working within the Graphic Design team, working closely with creative and marketing teams on a wide range of customer facing projects, while reporting to the graphic design manager. You will be designing and creating high level work on a day-to-day basis whilst also continuously learning and seeking inspiration. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, is great at time management and getting tasks completed for deadlines. We’re a highly creative and are always keeping up to date with current trends, we’re after someone who actively seeks inspiration to produce a high level of work. Someone who has a passion for creative design but is also able to work on the day-to-day tasks with a positive and motivated attitude. We are looking for true creative flair and a passion for fresh and innovative design whilst keeping within the brand aesthetic.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating graphics for all territories of the brands website.
  • Creating engaging customer facing graphics such as digital emails and app stories.
  • Assisting senior team members with artwork for print and out of home branded briefs.
  • Designing and creating assets for brand launches and marketing activations.
  • Contributing to creative meetings, offering input and sharing creative ideas.
  • Responsible for own workload and ensuring all work produced is within the brand guidelines.
  • Liaising with our in-house creative team on tasks ensuring all projects hit deadlines.
  • Working closely with external teams on a variety of briefs companywide.
  • Keeping on top of all communications and briefs within the Graphic Design team.
  • Be actively seeking inspiration and new trends within design and fashion to keep work as current as possible.

More about you

  • Must have great working knowledge of the Adobe package: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects would also be desirable.
  • Have a degree level education in Graphic Design or similar subject.
  • Highly organised with great time management and prioritising skills.
  • Experience in a similar in-house role working in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
  • A strong interest and knowledge of woman’s fashion and retail.
  • Be self-motivated to work individually and be part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and over email and the ability to form strong working relationships with the wider business.
  • A keen eye for detail and layout skills, keeping up to date with current trends within the design field.
  • Capable of switching between multiple tasks to hit fast paced deadlines.
  • Basic retouching skills would be beneficial.
  • You can work well in a fast-paced environment.  
  • You have strong communication skills, both email and verbal.
  • Great time management skills and can prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Find it easy to adapt and multitask with different projects at once.
  • You actively keep up with trends, skillset and techniques and are willing to learn and take initiative.
  • Willing to support colleagues by completing tasks outside of your own job role when needed, including supporting associated companies.
