This role requires an individual who can translate complex technology solutions into visually compelling materials that drive business impact. Based in India, this position will collaborate extensively with colleagues in the United States, ensuring seamless design execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a corporate environment. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually engaging materials, including presentations, brochures, templates, and digital assets that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Manage the organization, storage, and distribution of brand assets, ensuring accessibility for internal teams.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all designs reflect brand messaging and corporate identity.
  • Support the sales, marketing, and other internal teams with customized visuals that enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Assist in the development of interactive and multimedia content to enhance sales presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and solution teams to align design efforts with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design strategies.
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting, preferably within a B2B technology or consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work in sales collateral, branding, and digital content
  • Experience with brand asset management tools and familiarity with digital asset libraries.
  • Knowledge and Abiliites
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to visualize and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of corporate sales cycles, marketing strategies, and digital engagement trends.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with global teams, particularly US-based sales and marketing colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements and present design ideas effectively.
  • Adaptability to align with diverse stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced consulting environment with evolving priorities.

    The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
