Graphic Designer (14-month term) - Toronto (hybrid work)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer for a 14-month term (maternity leave cover) to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating various digital and/or print assets to support multiple products and campaigns. The Graphic Designer will support Marketing needs across the organization, ensuring art production meets brand standards. 

Along with being curious and creative, this person is passionate about digital platforms and SaaS and Cloud technologies and knows how to generate standout creative ideas and design concepts for multiple products and campaigns. The perfect candidate has experience in a corporate or agency environment, is fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, and is a conceptual storyteller with strong verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, coordinate, and execute a wide range of digital and print marketing collateral from start to finish, including, but not limited to, digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, trade shows/event collateral, presentation decks, ebooks, one-pagers, and branding materials.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Effectively manage projects, maintain content libraries and templates, and produce on-brand design work that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, sales leaders, and other Content team members, to develop innovative and practical design concepts for various projects.
  • Coordinate projects with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
  • Maintain and update Rewind’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements and materials.

We are looking for candidates who have 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a B2B corporate or agency environment.

You also have:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Word, Excel, and Slides in particular).

  • Ability to translate marketing strategy and technical concepts into compelling visuals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.

  • Educational background in advertising, marketing, and/or graphic design.

  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and strong design skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The belief that our customers are our most important stakeholders.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with a data-informed approach to design.

  • Experience in UX/UI is a bonus.
