We're seeking a multimedia Graphic Design Specialist to join our Brand and Communications team to play a pivotal role in reshaping our visual identity across various mediums. We’re looking for not just a designer but a visionary storyteller who has a proven track record of developing inspiring and boundary-pushing creative work, preferably in the B2B space. With a strong design and art direction background, you have experience developing visual direction across mediums such as digital and print graphic design, photography, illustration, video, and animation. You understand the power of storytelling in a holistic way—both visually and verbally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution and expansion of Rev’s visual design system, developing guidelines and toolkits to ensure consistent application of the brand internally and externally
  • Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, white papers, case studies, infographics, trade show booth designs and signage, pitch decks, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design assets
  • Collaborate with content creators, writers, and marketers to translate business objectives into impactful visual content
  • Work closely with the podcast production team to create engaging visual assets for podcast episodes, including cover art, social media graphics, video shorts, and promotional materials
  • Work alongside Rev’s Video Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to develop engaging multimedia content for brand and PR campaigns, product demonstrations, product launches, etc.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement
  • Manage graphic and video projects from concept to completion, overseeing project timelines and deadlines
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the appeal and effectiveness of design work
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to build briefs that drive inspiring work and collaborate on prioritization efforts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), prototyping tools such as Figma, and video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video production skills
  • Proficient in motion animations and incorporating graphics and text into video edits
  • Highly proficient in video production and video-related equipment
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while tracking your work within project management tools (e.g. Asana)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Capable of receiving creative direction and handling feedback related to work
