Based in Luxembourg, the Graphic and Multimedia Designer will report to the Global Design Lead and collaborate regularly with other creative and marketing professionals. Your responsibilities will span various marketing and communication projects, including branding, social media, video/motion design, web design, publications, and other marketing collateral.
Main tasks:
- Conducting concept research (design, illustration, storyboards).
- Filming and producing videos for internal and external audiences.
- Editing videos and animations.
- Laying out publications such as reports and white papers.
- Creating deliverables in line with Devoteam's brand guidelines, such as banners and other static and animated assets for social media channels, logos and vector graphics, infographics, wireframes for websites and email blasts, PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations, static and animated email signatures, and branded assets for conferences and events (roll-ups, posters, booths).
- Participating in communication and marketing strategies.
- Maintaining and expanding our templates and library of branded assets.
- Taking photographs.
- Undertaking other creative projects as required.
Other requirements:
- Participating in regular team meetings and video calls.
- Occasional travel within the European Union, particularly within the Benelux and France.
- At least three years of experience as a full-time graphic and multimedia designer.
- Previous experience producing video content in a professional setting, including handling video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Experience working within a corporate environment or with corporate clients.
Technical skills:
Languages:
- Proficiency in English and in French.
- Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset (particularly German and/or Scandinavian languages).
Tools:
- Mastery of the Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, XD).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello).
- Familiarity with producing HTML5 ads is a plus.
Skills:
- Advanced animation and video editing skills.
- Strong camera skills (DSLR, Blackmagic).
- Strong layout skills with prior experience laying out publications/reports.
- Logo creation skills.
Experience:
- Creating company booths, roll-ups, and other assets for events.
- Filming and editing videos within a professional environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Previous experience in corporate photography would be valuable.
