About the Marketing team
We are a diverse team of specialists based in Stockholm, London, and Paris, led by the CMO Europe as part of Trustly’s Commercial department. Our team includes growth marketers, brand experts, copywriters, designers, production leads, and an in-house web and creative studio. We work collaboratively across all departments to ensure Trustly’s growth and success in over 30 markets worldwide.
About the role
As a Graphic and Motion Designer at Trustly, you will be part of our Brand & Creative Studio team, made up of designers, motion artists, copywriters, and our production lead – serving the whole organisation with visually engaging designs that support our growth.
In your toolbox, you have a unique mix of design skills and motion artistry. Through this foundation, you will play a key role in shaping the Trustly brand for both internal and external audiences. You’re creative, yet practical when it comes to problem-solving. And your flexibility ensures a readiness to quickly switch between different tasks – leaning on an outstanding ability to deliver at pace. (Perfectionists should look away now).
What you’ll do
- Collaborate: As part of the Brand & Creative Studio team, supported by our production lead, you’ll partner with all of Trustly to deliver value in all ways
- Deliver design: Develop compelling visuals for digital ads, social media, web, events, pitch decks – while supporting our scalability with templates
- Deliver motion: Create engaging motion graphics for internal and external usage
- Change our mind: Bring fresh perspectives to the table, challenging the status quo
- Shape the brand: Push the brand through continuous exploration and input, while guarding the consistency of our output in alignment with brand guidelines
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, motion designer, or digital designer
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across various digital mediums
- You are tech-savvy, confident in everything from Figma to Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- You drive your own success, flag what you need, appreciate feedback, and deliver what’s agreed at speed
- You speak and write English at a native or fluent level, with experience working in English-speaking environments
- Plus: Experienced in AI tools e.g. Midjourney
- Big plus: Previous experience working in a fast-paced fintech or payments company
