ABOUT THE TEAM


At Trade Republic, the Social Media Community Team is at the forefront of transforming how people engage with financial topics online. We believe in turning every social media user into an advocate of Trade Republic by making the conversation around savings, investments, and personal finance not only accessible but also engaging, relatable, and culturally relevant.



WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be part of our Brand Team and shape our European-wide mission of making investing culturally relevant from a social media and community steering point
  • Plan outstanding experiences and activations that foster a community of loyal fans (e.g. competitions, growth hacks, etc.)
  • Support our influencer relationships with a variety of non-financial creators, influencers and celebrities
  • Manage one or several platforms for our community such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
  • Interact and engage with our lively community on a day-to-day basis
  • Analyze success metrics and derive learnings to continue to grow our community and influencer partnerships
  • Create concepts that engage our community and grow our follower base



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and the ability to diversify and optimize their use for brand growth and community engagement
  • Keen insight into the latest social media, pop culture, and internet trends, actively using this knowledge to drive strategic content and engagement decisions
  • Highly proactive and eager to take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving them forward with innovation and strategic insight
  • You are passionate about financial markets and the FinTech industry and are keen to re-define how people take care of their finances
  • Full professional proficiency in German required and C2 level English. Additional language skills in one of the following languages is a plus: French, Italian, Spanish
