Come and be a part of our professional, collaborative, and fun work environment, where everyone gets to make a difference. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals that have recently graduated in Computing Engineering or similar.
We started our graduate program 12 years ago, so we have lot of experience on adopting graduates and making them part of one of our 14 Scrum teams from day 1. You will be able to develop your career here if you want to: Some of those former trainees are now Scrum Masters or experienced developers.
Our goal is to build teams using Agile methodologies, for that we focus a lot on people, trying to find team players with a good motivated mindset and willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on technology information. That helps us to create a fully collaborative environment with everyone thinking about continuous improvement. We all make the team better and better.
From day 1, you will be part of a development team. That means that you will participate in all ceremonies during the development sprint as well as the team decision-making process.
We believe in 'learn by doing' working hand to hand with experienced and non-so experienced professionals in our teams.
Additionally, you will have access to our Corporate Digital Learning Platform with access to dozens of courses and technical books online. We also do internal training like Test-driven Development, Spring and React courses.
