1LoD is a young B2B media company focused on non-financial risk in financial institutions. We have recently been acquired by InfoPro Digital and are growing rapidly, and currently have an opening for an ambitious individual looking for the ideal place to kick start their career in production. Starting as a Conference Producer the candidate will be expected to develop to become accountable for their own book of work within the portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the team to deliver the programme of activities (conferences, roundtables, private events and reports), ranging from 10 – 700+ people.
• Produce relevant and accurate content through research and discussion with senior financial services practitioners
• Manage and maintain 1LoD's website to ensure agendas, content, and speakers remain up-to-date with latest information
• Acquire senior Managing Director level speakers and contributors through research and existing networks
• Work collaboratively with other functions including Sales, Content and Operations to provide updates on production status
• Develop within the role with a view to introduce and moderate roundtable discussions with senior industry practitioners

Additional Skills (Not Mandatory)
• Experience or qualifications in production
• Degree or equivalent. Preferably a degree in humanities, business administration, marketing, events management, economics, political economy, public policy, law, finance, international business, diplomacy, and international relations
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Hubspot (or other CRM), Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Showoff (or other Website development)
