Graduate Business Operations Executive

What you'll be doing

The Graduate Business Operations Executive will support the Commercial Director by analysing sales data, identifying trends, and providing relevant insights to improve performance. You will develop a knowledge of the Future brands and ad products. You will report to the Commercial Director of Sales Performance & Operations and be involved in the following:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Performance Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to track important sales metrics, performance against targets, and overall team productivity.
• Trend Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
• Sales Process Improvement: Analyse the effectiveness of current sales processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
• CRM Management: Ensure the sales CRM system (Salesforce) is being used, and the data is accurate and up to date.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks and deliver the results.
• Familiarity with analysing data for reporting

• Experience establishing communication and engagement 

• To be familiar with excel (can maintain spreadsheets) / google sheets for the analysis of data. 

• Great stakeholder management as you will work across all of the brands that Future has to offer.
