About the team: Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services, online and offline - offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.

Expectations/ Requirements

We are hiring for the role of Government Events. The responsibilities would be as follows:

- Create/ideate sponsorship opportunities (event marketing packages) for special events/programs, and cultivate, procure and manage sponsors, partners, and specific vendors.
- Ideate and create IP’s, Tie up with govts/brand for long term association on event sponsorship.
- Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors. 
- Meet and exceed projections, schedules, and timelines 
- Identify and prioritize sponsorship opportunities. 
- Manage Sponsor, Partner, and Vendor relationships via quality communication.  
- Assist in the preparation and design of sponsorship sales.
