Job Summary
The Government Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of government contracts, and contract administration. This includes ensuring compliance with federal regulations, managing contract negotiations, and overseeing subcontractor performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), experience with government contracting processes, and excellent organizational skills. This position reports to the CFO.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from proposal preparation and submission, including SOW, CDRLS and SDRLS to contract closeout.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, including TINA, FAR, DFARS, CAS, and agency supplements.
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions, Nondisclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, License Agreements etc. of contracts.
- Prepare and submit required reports, certifications, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including finance, legal, and project management, to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Address and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract management.
- Stay current on changes to federal contracting laws and regulations and advise management on potential impacts.
- Strong knowledge of ITAR/EAR.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on government contracting requirements and best practices
- Participate in the identity verification process to access secure client or government portals by authorizing certified supplier management platforms to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information, solely to verify your identity
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contract and contract administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal contracting regulations
- Experience with contract negotiation and management
- Experience with a variety of contract types such as IDIQs, T&M, Cost Plus, Fixed Price, OTAs, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification is preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance
- Participate in the identity verification process to access classified client portals by authorizing certified supplier management platforms to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information, solely to verify your identity

Pay/Salary Information
Salary range for this position is $123,510.00- $160,000.00 annually
