As more and more companies develop their practice of Artificial Intelligence there is a growing need to reinforce their developments and deliverables with governance and controls. Some of the motivations and objectives for this turn to AI governance include improving the efficiency of their AI initiatives, managing risks, securing compliance, aligning to responsible AI or ethical frameworks, having a systematic approach to value monitoring, and more.
Dataiku’s AI Governance offer extends across our platform but centers on Govern. Released in 2021, Govern enables organizations to build, formalize, and systematize governance practices aligned to their objectives.
As an AI Governance Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for building a strong set of AI Governance Solutions. These will relate to diverse international and sectoral topics, including standards, regulation, and policy and will be made available to our customers in order to accelerate meeting governance objectives. You will also support customers in Europe with their AI governance journeys by communicating, demonstrating, and delivering Dataiku’s governance offering. Prioritizing French-speaking organisations, you will work closely to develop customizations that meet customer requirements.
You will be responsible for:

Building governance customizations and solutions: Utilizing Dataiku’s Governance tooling, the AI Governance Solutions Designer will become specialized in the ‘blueprint designer’, growing their expertise in the technical capabilities of the product and how it can be customized/configured for different use cases. As part of this specialization, the AI Governance Solutions Designer will exploit and advance their capabilities with coding in Python and creating integrations with external platforms using our open API.

Leveraging Dataiku’s AI Governance capabilities in post-sales services: Working directly with customers and colleagues, the AI Governance Solutions Designer will translate governance requirements into technical solutions towards practical application in day-to-day governance activities.

Supporting the development of AI Governance Solutions: Working with colleagues, the AI Governance Solutions Designer will support with the technical implementation of solutions that are a central part of our go-to-market strategy. to deliver Dataiku Govern customizations as well as support internal and partner resources on projects, with one shared objective: delivery of value-generating governance for our customers.

Contributing to product development: Work tightly with the Product team in charge of Dataiku’s dedicated product to shape the roadmap, reporting own and customer feedback.
You will be active in:

Supporting pre-sales activities on Dataiku’s AI governance offer: Supporting sales engagements with both prospects and existing customers, and working tightly with the Sales Engineering community on opportunity management involving AI Governance with a focus on French-speaking opportunities. Activities may include product demonstration, value proposition presentation, implementation and integration principles, mapping of post-sales planning or simply acting as a key contact point to answer specific questions about the topic or offer.
Who you are:
- Masters degree, 3 to 5 years of working experience with outstanding track record in complex project delivery and roll-out, with the capacity to move from initial initiative design to program roll-out; year direct AI and Analytics Governance experience preferred.
- Proven technical experience with evidence of coding in Python; working on API connections.
- Familiarity with governance or regulation-related topics, including a good understanding of AI and related governance needs or direct experience with AI governance will be a plus.
- Ability to gain competence and expertise with our product offering and its capabilities and translate customers’ scoped needs and requirements into technical and practical solutions.
- Capable of handling projects end-to-end in both an autonomous and collaborative manner depending on the project at hand.
- Capable of strong People and Relationship management and at ease working with others, whether collaborating with colleagues across teams or supporting customers across geographies.
- Strong translational skills with ability to listen to customers’ needs and requirements and identify or propose relevant technical solutions.
- Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to actively listen and clearly articulate and present complex ideas in a way that is understood by diverse audiences.
