We are looking for a Governance Administration Assistant to join our governance team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Governance and Risk Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Play an instrumental role in the Governance Team by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
  • Minute taking for governance meetings
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and working across diaries
  • Maintain action trackers and policies
  • Monitoring the governance inbox and allocating mail accordingly, across the team
  • Provide support in organising Board and Committee Meetings and training events

Requirements

  • Minute taking experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great time management skills and ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret, summarise and convey complex information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
