  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of various digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email) and their impact on traffic and conversions. Experience with e-commerce tracking in GA4, including purchase, add-to-cart, and checkout events, as well as customer lifetime value (LTV).

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX Knowledge: Familiarity with CRO strategies and UX best practices is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in data. You should be detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.

  • Self-Motivation & Adaptability: Able to manage projects and deadlines independently while also working effectively in a team environment. Open to learning and adapting to new GA4 features as they evolve.
