Google Ads Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping & Display networks. This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage multiple accounts, deliver measurable ROI, and adapt strategies to suit diverse industries.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, and Display) to achieve client goals, including lead generation, sales growth, and brand awareness.  
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance.  
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.  
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and ROI across multiple campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.  
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.  
  • Provide regular performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign setup, tracking, or performance.  

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple industries and adapt strategies to meet diverse business needs.  
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Data Studio).  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.  
  • Google Ads certifications (e.g., Search, Display, Shopping) are a plus.  
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
