Go-to-Market Manager for AP automation and Spend Management

Full-Time
As the Go-to-Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products in the market.

Agicap recently launched a new product in Account Payables automation and Spend Management. Agicap core Sales teams started to sell this new product, and a dedicated sales taskforce was created to sell it as a standalone solution. After successfully launching this product from 0 to 1, we are now looking for a new experienced Go-to-Market Manager to scale the product launch further.

Key responsibilities

Product launches coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, support, etc.) to ensure a smooth product launch
- Align all marketing teams around a playbook of actions to support a product launch (Support Marketing Managers and Paid team for campaign planning, collaborate with the content team and SEO to plan product-related blog posts and articles, collaborate with studio to build supporting design assets…)

Positioning and messaging: Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience

Pricing: Develop pricing strategies to support product launches while remaining consistent with existing Agicap policy.

Sales Enablement:
- Create sales collateral (pitch decks, case studies, product videos, emails) to support product launches
- Train the sales team on product benefits, value proposition, and basic technical knowledge to support product launches

Market research and analysis: Benchmark competitors and their offerings to identify gaps and build battlecards along product launches

Performance monitoring
- For main launches, define Total Addressable Market and suggested target acquisition/activation trajectory at D+30, D+90, D+180, D+360
- Monitor and report on acquisition/activation performance with systematic retrospectives at D+30, D+90, D+180, D+360.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in account payables automation or spend management.
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams to achieve common goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership to lead end-to-end projects in autonomy (milestones, deadlines, interlocutors mapping…)
  • Advanced communication skills (written, oral, visual) and ability to interact with multiple Teams (Product, CS, Sales, Marketing), understanding in depth their respective stakes
  • High level of exigence regarding all outputs (in terms of structure, writing, business relevance of illustrations and videos of the tool…)
  • ‘Doer’ mindset, eager to test and learn by him / herself
  • Strong proactivity and willingness to try / dare new directions
  • Performance-driven and feedback collection mindset
  • Eagerness to discover and learn in permanence, moving forward by going regularly out of one’s comfort zone

  • Languages: fluent in English and in one of following languages: French, German, Italian
