As we continue to rapidly grow, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Go-to-Market Enablement Lead to support our North American region.
What you'll be doing
- As part of our Go-To-Market team, you will work as part of a global Enablement team to create and deliver ongoing product and skill enablement for both new and tenured Sales and Success teams.
- You will partner closely with GTM leaders in region and globally to scope, build, and deliver strategic initiatives enabling teams to meet and exceed targets.
- You’ll own AMER’s onboarding program and deliver a new starter ramp program aimed at reducing our Sales & Success ramp times
- You’ll become an expert at using SC Training, SafetyCulture’s mobile first Training solution, for microlearning and ondemand learning.

- Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to take concepts and turn them into measurable initiatives
- Strong communicator with solid project management skills
- Able to plan and execute strategy based on a data driven, analytical approach
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience in a GTM Enablement and/or SaaS Sales/Customer Success
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Proven experience in successful project management
- Ability to build strong relationships with leaders in global regions
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks, adapting to the learning styles of those you work with
- Experience delivering onsite/online and 1:1/1:m trainings
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sales tools like Gong and frameworks like Winning by Design and MEDDICC
- History of high Sales, Customer Success or Business Development performance
- Experience delivering leadership training (Ex- Effective coaching)
