- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all aspects of the go-to-market project, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones
- Collaborate across departments such as product and tech, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless launch process
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competition, and trends. Use this information to refine the GTM strategy
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product or service
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the project and regularly report on progress to senior management
- Identify potential risks and challenges on the project and develop contingency plan to mitigate them
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management with a focus on go-to-market strategies, is essential
3. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills are crucial for developing effective GTM strategies
4. Able to analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to make data-driven decision is important
5. A go-to market Project Manager must collaborate effectively with various teams and departments within the organization
