We are seeking a GNC Engineer to contribute to our demonstration mission by developing resilient guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms and systems. If you’re excited by solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

What success looks like in the first months:

  • You extended our existing simulator with advanced GNC algorithms to support mission development.

  • You performed detailed analyses of nominal and fail-case scenarios, developing robust, fail-case resilient algorithms.

  • You implemented Monte Carlo validation processes and performed statistical analyses to refine system performance.

  • You collaborated seamlessly with external customers, delivering exceptional technical insights and solutions.

  • You contributed to the preparation and execution of our demonstration mission strategy.

What you need to succeed

  • A degree in aerospace engineering, robotics, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in GNC systems for spacecraft or launchers.

  • Hands-on experience with satellite systems and space mission operations.

  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and a strong analytical mindset for algorithm development.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English; customer-facing experience is a plus.

  • A self-starter attitude with a structured and independent approach to driving projects forward.

  • Passion for the space industry and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
