About the Team
Our award-winning People Experience team is made up of experts who are focused on reimagining new ways of working and enabling all MYOBelievers to help more businesses in Australia and New Zealand reach their potential. From talent acquisition, people advisory, organisational development to employee services and workplace experience, we ensure your ride with MYOB is an exceptional one.

As the GM of Talent and People Experience at MYOB, you'll play a pivotal role in driving HR processes, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to foster the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities will fall within:

Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire the PX and Talent team to continuously improve people processes.
- Mentor leaders and team members to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives.

People Operations & Employee Relations :
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, ensuring compliance and policy development.
- Implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders on people-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Set high standards for recruitment and onboarding processes aligned with workforce management plans.
- Develop innovative strategies for attracting top talent and enhancing employer branding.

Data Analysis and Remuneration:
- Continuous development of the data and analytics reporting strategy for the people experience function.
- Oversee remuneration frameworks and compliance with awards and legislative requirements.

To be consider we would like to see the following outlined in your resume:
- A background in People Experience / HR and strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations 
- Experience with people analytics and reporting 
- Excellent communications and presentation skills 
- Ability to drive a strategic agenda while managing operational delivery
