Global Workplace Experience Manager
Qualtrics, the leader and creator of the Experience Management (XM) category, is changing the way organizations manage and improve the four core experiences of business—customer, employee, product and brand. Qualtrics is looking for a global leader for the Workplace Experience team that can bring industry best practice, novel approaches to incrementally innovating and improving the overall workplace experience, and lead our growing group of workplace experience partners stationed in our principal offices around the world. We need the right person to step in and grow a team of diverse, dynamic and highly capable professionals that shape the spaces where we work and help define who we are as a company.
How You Will Grow
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Workplace Management
- Lead the development and implementation of the global Qualtrics workplace strategy, with the goal of creating the best experience for all Qualtrics employees and guests.
- Deliver best-in-class workplace services to deliver connection, collaboration, and growth to our diverse employees.
- Develop and implement an inspirational and flexible workplace strategy that enables Qualtrics to maximize its hybrid workplace environment and secure buy-in from internal stakeholders.
- Oversee a cost-effective workplace experience program to provide the services, amenities and tools to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Serve as a change agent to drive workplace transformation and adoption of new ways of working.
Team Management
- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end management of the workplace lifecycle, including occupancy / space management, and food programs.
- Grow the existing global workplace organization with the capabilities, skills and behaviors needed to deliver on our workplace vision.
- Oversee operations required to support all global Qualtrics workplaces, including financial analysis and business planning, data and reporting, and key performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and implement industry leading practices and data informed recommendations to Qualtrics executives to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., People, Facilities,, Finance, Communications, IT and other corporate functions) to facilitate the planning and delivery of an integrated employee experience across all touch points.
- Understand the unique needs of each work location and geography; balance consistent workplace strategy with business needs and cultural norms.
- Advance and manage a process of gathering employee sentiment / feedback to continuously evolve the workplace program.
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
- 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or consulting experience in the areas of Workplace Management, High End Hospitality or Food Service, Human Resources, or comparable fields.
- Experience collaborating with other internal partners (e.g., IT, People, Facilities, Security, Communications, etc.) to develop and implement cross-functional workplace experience strategies.
- Deep understanding of workplace and real estate fundamentals and knowledge of leading practices and trends.
- Experience navigating complex situations and managing multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities to achieve consensus.
- Experience managing a national or global workplace portfolio and overseeing a dispersed cross-functional team.
- Experience working with a technology / digital workforce, preferred.
What You Should Know About This Team
- Hybrid office environment with regular operating hours (3x per week required in office - 2 set by company, 1 set by the People team); however, flexibility to accommodate global time zones is necessary.
