Overview

As the Global Website Senior Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and advancement of Rithum’s public website. You ensure the website stays highly optimized for organic search (SEO), attracting an audience that has commercial intent and fits our ICP. You optimize the site to convert visitors – through on-page optimizations and CRO initiatives such as personalization, chatbots, etc. You work strategically and proactively with contributors from across the company to keep all the site’s content accurate and up to date. You are a key contributor to the company’s demand generation growth goals and strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and prioritize incoming content requests through the company’s ticketing system, self-assigning tasks from the queue, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration working with senior stakeholders from Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and other departments to ensure that all website content is aligned with company objectives, branding, and product messaging.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that strategic partnerships deliver maximum value, cost efficiency, and innovation in support of the business’s objectives.
  • Ensure all website content adheres to established brand and quality standards (for text lengths, image dimensions, look and feel, tone of voice, etc.), driving consistent look and feel, and ensuring adherence to SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines, and performance optimization protocols.
  • Strategically manage and evolve the company's WordPress site by overseeing content assembly and design, cleaning and tidying code as necessary, and ensuring technical elements (e.g. meta descriptions, OpenGraph images, schema, etc.) are in place.
  • Oversee the creation and management of all supporting digital assets for the website including images, animations, illustrations and videos
  • Coordinate content publishing processes, managing feedback loops, proofing and iteration cycles with contributors, ensuring alignment with internal timelines and deadline for site updates and new content go-lives.
  • Manage and meet deadlines for go-live with little supervision, announcing major site updates internally.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure all new content is tracked accurately within Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns, optimizing data-driven insights for lead generation and customer segmentation.
  • Keep a catalog of pages that require regular updates and prompt colleagues for updates to those pages on a predefined cadence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to bolster and diversify lead generation originating from the website using technologies such as Drift, online demos, etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search rankings and increase website traffic. Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes and continuously optimize on-page and technical SEO.
  • Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts through strategic insights, user journey optimization, and personalized experiences designed to improve engagement and drive lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Monitor website performance through Google Analytics, Trendemon and other company dashboard platforms, proactively finding areas of high performance and opportunities for optimization and marketing ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize performance across digital channels.

 

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and SEO.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing content in Wordpress is a pre-requisite, preferably in a multi-language configuration with translation workflows
  • Proficient in data analytics and website performance monitoring using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, internal business intelligence platforms, and an SEO optimization platform such as SEM Rush.
  • Detail-oriented in reviewing both visual and text content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that have led to significant improvements in organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, with deep knowledge of B2B customer behaviors and digital marketing trends.
  • Global website management experience, including navigating multicultural environments and managing websites in multiple languages or regions.
  • Experience of Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, Wistia, Trendemon, Google Tag Manager a plus
