Our AI solutions help discover cancer and predict cancer treatment outcomes, achieving timely and individually tailored cancer treatment.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Lunit's customers and partners with the preparation and install of Lunit INSIGHT solutions in various environments
- Lead discussions about the technical aspects of Lunit INSIGHT integrations in various settings, in close cooperation with Lunit colleagues from other teams
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting as part of a multidisciplinary Customer Success Management team
- Provide training sessions and documentation for colleagues, partners and customers
- Collect feedback and requests for product improvements, and communicate them to headquarters
Requirements
🎯 Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience with PACS, RIS or hospital system operations and workflows
- Extensive knowledge of interoperability in the medical domain and of communication standards such as DICOM and HL7
- Solid understanding of the Linux CLI
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, training and team communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor’s degree
🏅 Preferred Experiences
- Experience with implementing various open source software and containerization
- Experience with cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure and GCP) and APIs
- Understanding of databases and web servers (Nginx, Apache)
- Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Bash, Python)
- Experience in the medical industry or HealthCare IT
- Experience with medical AI
- Second language (French, German and/or Spanish)
