Global Talent Partner - Tech ( fixed term)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to join our team from June to October for a parental leave cover. This role mainly focuses on supporting our engineering and product teams, with occasional involvement in commercial recruitment. Based in Stockholm, you will collaborate with our teams in Sweden, UK and US to drive business impact through strategic hiring. We are a small team with a lot of autonomy where our key success factors are expertise and passion for our craft, continuous improvements of our processes and always embracing challenges with a solution focused approach.

What You'll Do
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines.
•Engage in sourcing, referrals, and research to identify top talent.Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS, Lever, ensuring a stellar candidate experience.
•Participate in the development and execution of recruitment projects and employer branding strategies.Build relationships with key industry sources, including community networks.
•Advocate for our company culture, mission, and values in all recruitment activities.

Who You Are
• Experienced  (minimum 4 years) in recruitment.
• You need to have extensive experience from sourcing and assessing candidates for tech and product roles.
• Skilled in building diverse talent pipelines and familiar with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever (our ATS)
• A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Adaptable and open-minded, ready to embrace change in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to support roles across the business such as sales when needed.
